What we collect

When you use our contact form we collect your name, email address, phone number (if given) and your message.

We use cookie-free analytics to count visits and see which pages are popular. It does not identify you and does not place cookies on your device.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and provide any quote or service you ask for.
• To keep a record of work we have agreed with you.

Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries. We do not sell your information or use it for marketing without your consent.

Who we share it with

Messages sent through the form pass through our form-handling provider, which forwards them to our email. Our website is hosted by Cloudflare. These providers process data on our behalf and only as we instruct.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for up to 12 months unless they lead to work, in which case we keep records for as long as we need to for accounting and legal reasons (usually 6 years).

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email us and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
